Ella’s Bubbles, LLC. warrants to the owner of its

ACRYLIC WALL LINERS as follows:

Ella’s Bubbles LLC. warrants acrylic showerliners, acrylic wall surrounds and acrylic

accessories sold to residenal buyers to be free from chipping, peeling, cracking, or

fading for as long as the buyer owns the residence.

These guidelines expressly prohibit the use of any abrasive cleansers, and damage

resulng from their use that would not be covered under the terms of this warranty.

Since any ﬁxture, including a new one, can be chipped or scratched by hard objects

impacng the surface, we cannot warrant against this type of damage or any acts of

God. In addion, the following items or condions could damage the acrylic surface

and therefore void this warranty: damage resulng from contact with dyes, paints,

inks, certain cosmecs, or unapproved cleaning agents’ drain cleaners, abrasive pads,

pigments, certain foods, paint remover, ﬁngernail polish remover, solvents or other

chemicals, cigarees or other sources of extreme heat; or damage resulng either

directly from misuse or abuse, whether deliberate or unintenonal. The cause of any

damage or defect shall be determined by Ella’s Bubbles LLC. in its sole discreon.

In the event of a legimate failure of the acrylic surface under these terms, Ella’s

Bubbles LLC. reserves the right to parally repair, completely replace, or provide a

refund, whichever Ella’s Bubbles LLC deems appropriate.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranes, expressed or implied, and is, in fact, the only

warranty in regard to walls surrounds oﬀered by Ella’s Bubbles LLC. In any event,

Ella’s Bubbles LLC shall be responsible only for repairs, replacement of tub liners or

wall systems, or a refund not to exceed the total amount paid for the tubliners or wall

systems originally and will, in no way, be liable for any losses, me expenses,

aorney’s fees, inconvenience, and/or incidental or consequenal damages. The

residenal buyer speciﬁcally waives the warranty for ﬁtness for a parcular purpose.
